Teachers Service Commission registered teachers who are yet to be employed on permanent and pensionable terms, have got an opportunity to apply for employment by the commission. This comes following the advertisement made by TSC end of June this year.
TSC in its advert directed that teacher should apply through a link provided on their website. This is only if one meets the minimum requirements as required by the commission.
Though all TSC registered teachers have equal chances to apply for the posts, but come during the interview some teachers are likely to have lower chances of getting employment. This is despite the fact that they graduated early compared to others.

This comes few days after the commission led by its Boss Nancy Macharia,you realised a circular showing how applicants will be scored during the July interviews. One thing that came out clearly, is that those teachers currently employed by the commission on internship terms, have an upper hand during the coming interviews.
This is after the commission awarded them 30 more marks compared to those who are not on internship. At the same time, the commission reduced the marks for the length of stay, hence disadvantaging those who graduated earlier and not on internship program.
