The Teacher Service Commission (TSC), now led by Dr. Nancy Macharia, is an independent body tasked with recruiting, promoting, disciplining, and compensating teachers in accordance with the commission’s code of conduct and ethics.
Dr. Nancy Macharia, the Commission’s CEO, and other commission leaders have been working around the clock to guarantee that all teachers across the country work in safe surroundings.
The commission also has the authority to fire teachers who do not follow the commission’s code of conduct and guidelines.
